Veterinarian
Dr. Copeland was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She attended Saint Michael the Archangel High School where she enjoyed volunteering for her community and playing softball. She attended Louisiana Tech University on an academic scholarship where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science in 2017. During her time at Louisiana Tech, she spent a semester completing the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World. She then went on to receive her DVM from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. Her professional interests include oncology, surgery and wellness visits. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is client communication and education. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, family crawfish boils and spending time with her 3 dogs Molly, Louie and Boo.
Veterinarian
Dr. Bethea completed her undergraduate degree at University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2013. She then attended Louisiana State University, School of Veterinary Medicine, where she was awarded her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2018. Upon graduation, she and her husband moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she worked as an associate veterinarian at a busy, full-service veterinary hospital. In 2019, she and her husband relocated to Houston, Texas where she worked in a variety of veterinary hospitals as both an associate veterinarian and relief veterinarian. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and 3 dogs. She is looking forward to moving back home to Louisiana and serving her hometown!
Veterinarian
Dr. Whitlock is a graduate of LSU Veterinary Medicine Class of 1996. He is proficient in soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. He has years of practice and experience and is always eager to continue learning. In his free time, Dr. Whitlock enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, cooking, and attending horse races. His personal pets include Wyatt (Blue Heeler mix), Kiwi (a tripod mix breed), Louie (Coton de Tulear), Barkley (Maltese), Beau (Maltese) and Deauxnut (DSH).
Practice Manager
Jennifer is a graduate of Animal Science and has worked within the veterinary field since 2004. She is Mom of two teenage boys, and life is full of adventure. Jennifer is an outdoor enthusiast and a has a love for all animals. Her personal pets include Finely and Phoebe both canine companions. Shark Bait the cat, a tortoise named Skippy and a crested gecko named Bill Compton.
Groomer
Jamison has been grooming since 2018. Jamison strives to grow and improve every day. He excels at grooming Poodles, Doodles, Bichons, Pomeranians, and intricate cuts while still providing great service to a large variety of other breeds. Jamison is proud to offer less commonly used techniques such as hand scissoring and hand stripping. He is most proud when having the honor to perform show cuts and being told he "Knocked it out of the park!" Jamison and his wife have been together since 2014 and both share a love and passion for animals. They are the proud owners of seven dogs and three cats. Pets are not just their love, but their devotion and they wouldn't have it any other way!
